Jim has been a corporate and business lawyer for 25 years and has broad transactional experience that he can bring to bear on his clients’ behalf.  His legal career includes law firm and in-house experience, giving him both a solid foundation of deal skills and a practical perspective. 

In particular, Jim has top-quality drafting and negotiation skills that can help drive even the most complex deals to closing.  He helps clients “pick their battles” and focus on the important matters. His subject matter experience is varied but is exceptionally deep with respect to service agreements (both client side and service provider side) and information technology transactions, often in an international setting.
